Very sad news has surfaced out of Georgia today, as a former Miami Dolphins Player has died in a house fire.

Officials say Quentin Moses, 33, died after a fire broke out at a home in Georgia in the early hours of the morning on Sunday.

Two other individuals were in the house at the time the fire broke out. They have been identified as Adria Godard, 31, and her daughter Jasmine, who was 10.

According to WCTV, Moses was removed from the fire and was transported to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Moses played for the Georgia Bulldogs in 2003 until 2005. He would later go on to play for the Miami Dolphins between 2007 and 2010.

By the time Firefighters arrived at the scene of the house fire, the fire had already spread throughout the entire house.
