J. Cole’s newest HBO documentary, “4 Your Eyez Only” debuted over the weekend.
The documentary is titled after his most recent album, which was released late last year. The album itself was released under the radar and on the heels of the birth of his first child.

This is J. Cole’s second documentary; the first accompanied his previous album, 2014 Forest Hill Drive. Unlike the previous documentary, this one includes tour performances from the Carolina native. Also captured in the anticipated doc, Cole meets with residents in community meetings to discuss issues relevant to their neighborhood. Billboard shares that "he gives a voice to the voiceless members of the black community in several areas of the United States."
