ICYMI: Here’s Kendrick Lamar’s New Video For “Element”

Continuing the theme of new music and the references to police forces chasing African Americans, some of the most powerful imagery comes from Kendrick Lamar. 

With blood on his shirt, Kendrick Lamar touches on some of the violent natures of life, and the beginning of the video echoes a profound statement “What happens on earth, stays on earth.”

Personally, from my standpoint, I never care for when artist wears their own branded merch, so the fact that Kendrick is running around in his DAMN. branded attire, it puts me off a smidge, but the rest of the video is solid.
