Kim Kardashian was telling an antidote about North West getting prepped for her new sibling, and she let the gender slip.
Ellen DeGeneres also swears that her and her partner Portia de Rossi named Kim and Kanye West‘s son Saint. But during the antidote, Kim reveals that they are expecting a baby girl. This totally makes sense when you look at the photos Khloe posted with the pink Cherry Blossoms.
