North Carolina Man Files Lawsuit Against NFL Player

A North Carolina man has filed a lawsuit against an NFL player amid reports that the player interfered with his marriage.
The man, who resides in Mecklenburg County, is suing Fletcher Cox, a player for the Philadelphia Eagles.
Texts obtained by the man, Joshua Jeffords, appear to show conversations between his wife and Cox.
The texts were published on WSOCTV‘s website and are direct and flirtatious in nature.
At one point, Cox told the woman via text he wanted to get her pregnant. The woman didn’t seem to shy away from Cox’s advances.
