XXXTentacion Out Of The Clink, But Under House Arrest
With 8 more felonies under his belt, XXXTentacion still has to be sentenced for his domestic violence charges.
So instead of being in jail, they gave him “very restrictive house arrest conditions,” according to TMZ.
“X’s attorney, David Bogenschutz, tells us the judge will permit the rapper to fulfill his contractual obligations while on house arrest … this includes allowing him to visit a local recording studio. We’re also told X is not permitted to have ANY contact with the victims or witnesses in the case.”
Apparently one of X’s biggest issues was that he was witness tampering, so it’s unclear what’s going to happen to him in the future. The fact that they let him out at all is a miracle only reserved for celebrities, I’d assume, so we’ll see if he can at least make music while being at home.
Amy Cooper is one with the force and the force is with her.
