Apple recently revealed it slows down older iPhones to improve performance and prevent unexpected shutdowns as the battery in the devices starts to degrade. This news didn’t sit well with two California residents and they're ready to battle it out in court with Apple.

Stefan Bogdanovich and Dakota Speas filed class action lawsuits against Apple - claiming that the company purposely slows down older iPhone models to try to get to people to buy the new iPhones. They also claim that Apple's decision was never requested from its consumers or even agreed upon, therefore, this change makes Apples current models less valuable.
