Teacher pressing charges on 7 year old who punched her, taken away in handcuffs [VIDEO]

The Miami Herald is reporting, that a 7 year old first grader was initially removed from the school cafeteria for playing with his food and then taken to a hallway where the young boy allegedly attacked a teacher by punching her repeatedly.

Although the boy had been restrained, eye witnesses confirm he continued to punch and kick the teacher until they both fell to the ground. The first-grader was then hospitalized under the Florida Mental Health Act for a psychiatric evaluation and later discharged.
