Frantic Audio Released From The Day Mac Miller Died
Nearly one week after Mac Miller died, audio from the 9-1-1 call placed by his friend has been released.
The audio, obtained by TMZ, appears to have been edited, but the brief recording plays out with a friend of Mac’s begging for help.
During the 9-1-1 call, Mac’s friend can he heard pleading with the dispatcher to hurry.
At one point, the dispatcher asks the friend when was the last time he saw Mac.
The friend frantically replied that he had seen Mac the night before finding him unresponsive.
As the dispatcher tries to calm the man down, and provide him with ways to help Mac, the call disconnects. Right before the call dropped, Mac’s friend can be heard crying.
Medics rushed to the scene, but unfortunately, it was too late.
As you know, the rapper was later pronounced dead.
At this time, his cause of death is not known, but authorities have maintained they suspect he died of an overdose.
