The campaign starring Nicki Minaj and Gucci Mane is (supposedly) an anti-bullying campaign.
The line, which ranges in styles from dressy to casual, are supposed to empower those wearing it that go along with the message of anti-bullying.
A portion of the proceeds will also go to anti-bullying programs at the OTB foundation, according to XXL.

Personally, wearing slurs on your jacket, or wearing things that say "F*** You Imposter," "Fat," or "Slut" isn't going to stop the bullying, so I think it misses the mark on being impactful, but rather, is an attempt at being edgy, but hey, to each their own.
