A Lawsuit Has Just Been Filed Against Kylie Jenner
Uh oh! It appears all is not well in Jennerville as Kylie Jenner is reportedly being sued.
The lawsuit was filed in regards to the reality star’s makeup line.
According to TMZ, “Born to Sparkle,” which launched two months ago, is a collection already in use under Sheree Cosmetics.
The cosmetic company alleges that not only did Kylie steal their collection name, but she also used similar colors in her line.
Interestingly though, the company didn’t file to trademark the name until after Kylie’s line was released.
We’re not sure how well her claim is going to hold up in court.
At this time, Kylie hasn’t responded to the lawsuit, however, it’s not the first time she’s been accused of swiping an idea.
Nearly two years ago, a makeup artist accused Kylie of stealing her design in a not-so-friendly Instagram post.
And then there was the two piece camo sets, which another company called her out for stealing their look.
The only BRAND to bring back the Camo two piece wave! Unless it is a custom top, PLUGGEDNYC was the first BRAND to push this look! pic.twitter.com/pFs73rzgqs

Not to mention her black flames.
What do you think? Is Jenner a copycat or are people bound to have similar designs/products in her industry?
