A Washington state man by the name of Anthony Akers was wanted by the Richland Police Department and they made it known by posting it on their Facebook.

Surprisingly, Akers commented on the post saying, “Calm down, I’m going to turn myself in.”
You can’t make this stuff up.
The Richland PD responded saying, "Hey Anthony! We haven't seen you yet. Our business hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday," the police responded. "Of course if you need a ride you can call non-emergency (509-628-0333) and we will pick you up."
After that, he did not turn himself in immediately, but after Richland PD reached out again, Akers told them he needed 48-hours to tie up some loose ends.
Again, Akers did not turn himself in and proceeded to comment back with, "it's not you, it's me. I obviously have commitment issues."
He finally turned himself in the next day before lunch just like he said he would.
I guess FB isn’t dead after all.
