The rapper whose real name is Dominique Jones was detained by police on Lee Street and Ralph David Abernathy Boulevard around 6 p.m. for not turning on his blinker while switching lanes in his orange Corvette, according to WSB-TV Atlanta.
Police say that the rapper was weaving through traffic and also speeding.
Lil Baby was released hours later, and he had a message for his fans on Instagram. He shared a photo of himself in a black and red velour track suit, and wrote, "F*** The Police Who Be On That Bullshit , Shoutout To The Ones Who Get You Thru The Process ASAP ..... ????"
Lil Baby just recently announced his upcoming tour, "The New Generation" with openers Blueface and City Girls.
