Tiffany Haddish Gets Serious In New Upcoming Film ‘The Kitchen’

Comedian and actress Tiffany Haddish gets serious in her new upcoming film, The Kitchen, that she stars in alongside Melissa McCarthy and Elisabeth Moss.

The trailer for the Andrea Berloff-directed film was released on Thursday (May 30).

In the film, Haddish, McCarthy, and Moss are the wives of New York gangsters in Hell's Kitchen in the 1970s. The trio continue to operate their husbands' rackets after they're locked up in prison.

This will be the first time that Haddish will be showcasing her dramatic acting chops on the big screen, as she's usually performing comedy.

The Kitchen opens in theaters August 9. Watch the trailer above.
