Scottie Pippen Sues 5-Year-Old And Her Parents For Defacing His Mansion
Chicago Bulls icon Scottie Pippen has filed a lawsuit against a 5-year-old and her parents for allegedly defacing his mansion in Florida.
Pippen amended his lawsuit against lawyer-turned-stand-up-comic Lindsay Glazer Woloshin to include her 5-year-old daughter, earlier this month, reports the Chicago Tribune.
The former NBA star says the young girl vandalized his Ft. Lauderdale mansion with markers and crayons, which is proof that Glazer-Woloshin and her husband, Jacob Woloshin aren’t good parents.
Pippen is seeking $109, 317. 62 in restitution to reimburse his trust, and he also added negligence and vicarious liability to the original lawsuit.
The former Chicago Bulls player’s trust entered into a rental agreement with Glazer-Woloshin for the furnished Florida mansion, which at the time was on the market for sale for $10million.
The married couple moved into Pippen’s mansion with their daughter, a cat, a dog, and a nanny/housekeeper, paying the $50,000 security deposit, which reportedly doesn’t come close to covering the damages that the mansion endured.
In addition to the crayon and marker defacing that took place in the mansion, the front gate, a myriad of cabinets, and furniture was also ruined due to the couple allegedly allowing the pets to urinate on the items.
According to the Glazer-Woloshin’s attorney, Marc A. Kuperman, damage was done, but not to the extent that Pippen is alleging.
