Lil Kim has been steadily prepping her fans for her long-awaited forthcoming album, 9, which will be her first album in 14 years since 2005's Naked Truth. Fresh off the heels of receiving BET's "I Am Hip Hop" award over the weekend in Atlantia during the 2019 BET Hip-Hop Awards, Lil Kim recently dropped her new single "Pray For Me".
On "Pray For Me" Lil Kim raps about being afraid of the streets and or police taking her lover from her, not another woman. She also talks about praying for her lover and people who are in the "trap."
Rick Ross comes through with his verse referring to his expensive threads and purchases and even shouts outs filmmaker Tyler Perry while Musiq Soulchild is heard on the hook alongside Lil Kim's vocals. Listen to the track below.
