Halle Berry Flaunts Chiseled Abs at 53 Years Old. Ms.Berry put up a photo on Friday for her #FitnessFriday that almost shut the internet down.
The 53 year old flaunted her chiseled abs. She is in shape for a new movie that she is starring, producing and making her directorial debut in. The movie is called Bruised and is about MMA. It will begin filming March 2020. In her caption of the photo she encouraged her Instagram followers to set their fitness bar higher than they think.
