Report: Employee at Chicken Plant in Lumber Bridge Tests Positive for COVID-19

A night-shift employee at the Lumber Bridge chicken processing plant for Mountaire Farms has tested positive for COVID-19, according to a Facebook post from Watch Out Cumberland County.

The picture of the posting from the facility says the company has now enacted their "COVID-19 Action Plan" and is "taking all necessary precautions to protect our workforce."
