“Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” Theme Gets Irish Ballad Treatment
Will Smith's "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" theme song is always terrific, but a new Irish ballad version has us feeling a certain way.
Will Smith has been going through a lot lately, and we’re sure he’s feeling a little emotional. So it wouldn’t be shocking at all if he’s been listening to this great new treatment of the theme song to his hit show “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air,” as an Irish ballad.
The show skyrocketed Smith from rapper into television star. The rest has been history. But singer-songwriter Stefan Murphy turned the “Fresh Prince” theme song we all know and love into a stirring Irish ballad – “Pub Songs of Ireland: The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” in a Facebook video recently.
