Drake And Odell Beckham Jr Are Getting Sued Over A Nightclub Assault
Drake and several other notable people are getting sued for an incident at a Hollywood nightclub in 2018.
Per XXL, “A man named Bennett Sipes is demanding around $250,000 in a lawsuit filed against Drake, NFL star Odell Beckham Jr., Kourtney Kardashian’s ex-boyfriend, Younes Bendjima; and L.A. nightclub Lady Delilah. Sipes says his damages are for “Past and future pain and suffering, medical bills, lost future earnings, past and future emotional distress, and punitive damages.”
In court documents, Sipes claims that he suffered “traumatic brain injury, as well as injuries to his back, neck, shoulders, etc.”
The incident reportedly began after Sipes attempted to get into their VIP section at Lady Delilah.
XXL adds that the club’s security was not present in or outside of the venue at the time of the altercation. Also, the whole incident was caught on tape.
In a different report from earlier this year, Sipes claims Drake gave him a “throat slash” hand gesture after the initial altercation. He claims he was later attacked while trying to leave the bathroom.
Neither Drake, Odell, or Younes have spoken publicly about the ordeal.
