On Wednesday (Oct. 21), Barack Obama spoke at a rally in South Philadelphia. Afterward, a clip of his speech was shared on the Akademiks Instagram page. Under the video, someone wrote, "Its people who really think Trump is a better President than Obama...," with a clown emoji. Underneath it, Waka Flocka replied, "guess I'm a clown."
