Per Billboard, "One in a Million was first released Aug. 27, 1996, via Blackground and Atlantic Records, and it peaked at No. 2 on Billboard's Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart and hit No. 18 on the Billboard 200."
The 17-track album was produced by Timbaland and Missy Elliott who are credited as featured artists. Top singles from the album include "If Your Girl Only Knew," "The One I Gave My Heart To" and "Got to Give It Up."
Blackground Records which is owned by the late songstress' uncle, released new merch to commemorate the album. The merch includes a One in a Million baseball jersey, hoodies, sweats, t-shirts, and more that represent the late Aaliyah's iconic tomboy streetwear style.
As of recent Aaliyah's music has been made available to listen to and watch on YouTube, which was not available until Blackground Records dropped the music to the platform earlier this month.
