Fans Compare Kanye’s Yeezy X Gap Sweaters To ‘Walmart Hoodies’
Fans are not too thrilled at the first look at Kanye’s Yeezy X Gap collection hoodies, some even comparing the $90 hoodies to ones found in Walmart.

The rapper-turned-designer announced his partnership with Gap back in 2020 and revealed that pieces from their 10-year deal will be rolled out in 2021 per Yahoo. Gap released the $200 “Round Jacket” in the form of a pre-order, and shared that the piece won’t be at customer’s doorsteps until fall. On Wednesday, the line’s second piece was added to Gap’s website, leaving fans very unimpressed as they compared them to anything but luxury quality.
One user compared the $90 hoodie to one at a popular discount shopping store, “Those Yeezy Gap hoodies looks like every hoodie at Walmart.”

Another user said that the hoodie resembled one from the popular online retailer Amazon.

Per GQ, you might be waiting at your front porch awhile for these new hoodies to arrive, “[Per the brand] the expected wait time for the hoodie is approximately 2 to 3 weeks,” adding if you’re waiting for the black hoodie you’re looking at closer to Thanksgiving, “save for the black colorway, which will take closer to 2 months to arrive.”
