Jack Harlow is embarking on a new career adventure that will take him on screen as he’s landed the lead role for the remake of the film White Men Can’t Jump.

The Kentucky rapper will be filling Woody Harrelson’s role from the 1992 original.

In the 1992 sports classic which also starred Wesley Snipes; the two worked as street basketball hustlers trying to hustle each other and end up working together for a bigger game.

According to a report from Deadline, the 23-year-old was hired “after his first-ever screen audition, immediately winning over the filmmakers and execs.”

Calmatic who directed the music video for Lil Nas X’s “Old Town Road” and who is also helming the House Party remake will be directing the film written by Black-ish creator Kenya Barris and screenwriter Doug Hall.

NBA player Blake Griffin is listed as an executive producer of the project.

Harlow previously showed us his basketball skills last month during the NBA All-Star Celebrity Game where he scored a four-point shot.
