Celebrity Dirt

Kim Kardashian attends the 2020 Vanity Fair Oscar Party hosted by Radhika Jones at Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts on February 09, 2020 in Beverly Hills, California. Pete Davidson attends The 2021 Met Gala Celebrating In America: A Lexicon Of Fashion at Metropolitan Museum of Art on September 13, 2021 in New York City.

Kim Kardashian is coming to her boyfriend Pete Davidson’s defense for the first time since they began dating — in a subtle way. The SKIMS founder liked a tweet by filmmaker James Gunn yesterday (March 3) which praised the Saturday Night Live star’s character.

Following Kanye West’s disturbing “Eazy” music video in which he kidnaps and decapitates a claymated Davidson, Gunn tweeted, “For the record, Pete Davidson is one of the nicest, sweetest guys I know. A truly generous, tender & funny spirit, he treats everyone around him with respect.”

When one person revealed they’d “unfollowed” James due to his public support toward Pete, the filmmaker simply replied, “Happy to lose you.”

Before long, several observant fans noticed that Kim, who rarely “likes” anything on the platform, liked the Peacemaker director’s tweet.

Pete has yet to address the video, and with no social media presence, it’s uncertain if and when he’s reacted to it. The comedian briefly reactivated his Instagram account, until he received onslaught of hateful comments from Ye’s fans.
