I already proclaimed my love for Caresha Please but this latest episode with Megan Thee Stallion was just pure refreshing. I love how they tackled so many issue women, especially black women face. I also love how to see two women who dominate Hip Hop not engaged in petty beef or drama with each other. I breath of fresh air! Watch and let me know what you think.
A Hip Hop Fairytale: MoneyBagg Yo and Finesse2Tymes End Beef
Back in 2017 Memphis rappers Finesse2Tymes and MoneyBagg Yo engaged in a Hip Hop beef complete with social media posts and diss tracks.
Shortly after, Finesse ended up serving 5 years in Arkansas on a federal weapons charge. After his release it seems as if the rapper learned a lot about life and just grew as a person. He came out of prison and started speaking to young people in detention centers. He's been focusing heavily on his music, and what I love most is that he extended and olive branch out to Moneybagg Yo.
So often in Hip Hop we see these situations play out in a very different way. However Finesse2Ttymes not only owned up to his mistakes in the beef with Bagg, he also signed to MoneyBagg Yo's Bread Gang label.
The pair also released a new heat called Black Visa! It's posted below & watch to the end to hear Finesse2Tymes explain why he decided to peace it up with Moneybagg Yo. It's beautiful to see beef end in peace instead of yellow tape and prison bars. I can't wait to see what these Trap Kings do next!
