In the pursuit of getting abs the first thing you need to know is…Abs are made in the kitchen. Outside of that a good core/ab exercise is doing Mountain Climbers. Get into pushup position and bring your knees to your chest one leg at a time. A good circuit for this is 3 or 4 sets of 30 secs.
