Week 2 of the NFL begins tonight with the Minnesota Vikings taking on the Philadelphia Eagles. I'm gonna post my picks and let's see what happens.

Vikings vs Eagles Thu 9/14, 8:15 p.m. - I'm going Eagles, even though both defenses leave something to be desired, Philly offense is slightly more explosive. 30-24

Packers vs Falcons 1 p.m. ET, FOX - Both teams looked against sub-par teams last week. I'm going Green Bay just because I think Jordan Love is slightly better than Desmond Ridder 24-23

Seahawks vs Lions 1 p.m. ET, FOX - Detroit for the win, they beat the Super Bowl Champs and Seattle didn't look good last week. 17-13

Bears vs Buccaneers 1 p.m. ET, FOX - Tampa Bay looked good last week but I'm going Chicago, only because I think DJ Moore will get more involved. 28-27

Colts vs Texans 1 p.m. ET, FOX - Anthony Richardson vs CJ Stroud could be the QB rivalry of the future but right now Indianapolis is a much better team. 38-21

Raiders vs Bills 1 p.m. ET, CBS - Josh Allen should have something to prove after singlehandedly losing the Monday Night game against the Jets. Buffalo for the win. 27-21

Ravens vs Bengals 1 p.m. ET, CBS - I fully expect Joe Burrow to bounce back after arguably his worst game. Cincinnati for the win. 27-24

Chargers vs Titans 1 p.m. ET, CBS - The Los Angeles Chargers will win this game especially if Ryan Tannehill continues turning the ball over like he's been doing. 35-21

Chiefs vs Jaguars 1 p.m. ET, CBS - If Travis Kelce plays Kansas City wins, if not Jacksonville wins. You know what...I'm going Jacksonville. 31-30

49ers vs LA Rams 4:05 p.m. ET, FOX - The Rams are looking.better but I don't think they have enough firepower to beat the 49ers. San Fran for the win. 28-24

Giants vs Cardinals 4:05 p.m. ET, FOX - Expect to see the NY Giants bounce back with a win against the expected to fail Cardinals 28-20

Jets vs Cowboys 4:25 p.m. ET, CBS - Both Teams have elite defenses but without Aaron Rodgers, I can't see the Jets putting up enough points to contend with Dallas. #CowboyNation for the win 24-10

Commanders vs Broncos 4:25 p.m. ET, CBS - Russell Wilson and Sean Payton will right the ship and lead Denver to victory over Washington. 17-13

Dolphins vs Patriots 8:20 p.m. ET, NBC - If Tua and Hill keep playing like they did in Week 1, they're going straight to the championship game. Dolphins for the W 31-24

Saints vs Panthers Mon 9/18, 7:15 p.m. ET, ESPN - Bryce Young and the Panthers are gonna have a rough season, Derek Carr and New Orleans for the win. 28-17

Browns vs Steelers Mon 9/18, 8:15 p.m. ET, ABC - Steelers offense didn't look good Week 1 and the Browns seem to be rolling. Cleveland for the win 24-14

5 Quarterbacks Who Could Replace Aaron Rodgers with the New York Jets

It's been a few days since Aaron Rodgers' season-ending injury occurred, but it's still all anyone is talking about in the NFL. I feel really bad for both Rodgers and the Jets. Rodgers may not be the NFL's most well-liked quarterback, but there's also some natural hate that comes with being on top, so Rodgers has had to deal with that his whole career. I don't blame him for having a chip on his shoulder, if he does. Also, the Jets thought they finally had their perfect fit for a quarterback in Rodgers. There was so much excitement around him coming to the Jets. Then, within the first five minutes of Rodgers' first game with the Jets, he got injured. So, his season is over. You can't make this stuff up, kids. So, who could replace Aaron Rodgers with the New York Jets?

A lot of different names are being brought up in regards to the Jets' new quarterback. According to The Athletic's Dianna Russini and CBS Sports' Josina Anderson, the team is not interested in bringing on two of the rumored players to join the Jets: Tom Brady and Colin Kaepernick. Moreover, Jordan Schultz has also stated that Kaepernick's agent actually reached out to the Jets. But, they're saying it's a no for Brady and Kaepernick. Even so, I'm including Brady on this list, because there is still a lot of speculation around him surprising people and possibly stepping in for Rodgers.

I hope that whoever the Jets brings on does well for the team, because they deserve to have a good run. I also hope Rodgers heals up completely. It would be a shame for that play on Monday to be his final play of his career. Read on for five quarterbacks who could replace Aaron Rodgers with the New York Jets. Reach out to me with your thoughts here.

5 Quarterbacks Who Could Replace Aaron Rodgers with the New York Jets

Zach Wilson

Zach Wilson was the Jets’ No. 2 pick in 2021. He filled in for Rodgers in Monday’s game and was impressive. He threw a touchdown and an interception in the team’s stu22-16 overtime win. Maybe the Jets should just stick with him?

Teddy Bridgewater

Teddy Bridgewater spent a preseason with the Jets in 2018, but he was traded to the Saints. He's currently Jared Goff’s backup with the Detroit Lions, but Bridgewater will be a free agent after this season. Also, the Lions have rookie Hendon Hooker recovering from a knee injury, so if Hooker is healthy, Bridgewater could become available.

Matthew Stafford

The Jets allegedly inquired about Matthew Stafford before getting Aaron Rodgers over the offseason. So, they obviously like what he offers. In the end, L.A. didn't trade Stafford, but things are different now. Stafford is only earning a $1.5 million salary in 2023, but he also has big bonuses coming the next four years. The Rams could trade Stafford, but just like last season, it's all about dollars and cents and if it financially makes any sense.

Kirk Cousins

As a Michigan State University graduate, I'm a big Kirk Cousins fan. He's a free agent in 2024, and the Vikings didn't extend him before the season. What are they thinking? Anyway, the Vikings had a great season in 2022. Cousins is also positive and has said good things about Rodgers. If the Jets need someone by mid-season, maybe it's a crazy thought, but some are speculating that Cousins could land with the Jets.

Tom Brady

While fans are still speculating that Tom Brady could step in for Aaron Rodgers, that rumor seems to be over. The New York Jets won's be calling on Brady, according to The Athletic.
