Peach Cobbler Factory Opens 15th North Carolina Store in Southern Pines

The Peach Cobbler Factory will open its 15th North Carolina location at noon on Saturday, Feb. 21, in Southern Pines. This marks a first for the Sandhills region. You'll find it at 10574 U.S. Highway 15-501.

In just over three years, the company has grown to 115 locations across 22 states. North Carolina stores already operate in Raleigh, Durham, Charlotte, and Fuquay-Varina.

Back in July 2025, the franchise announced plans for more stores. Miami, Orlando, Atlanta, Memphis, Dallas, Louisville, Tallahassee, Jackson, and Houston all made the list. The company reports a strong pipeline of future development across Southern states and larger cities.

"When we began franchising, we were pretty confident that our concept would thrive and grow in the South. In fact, our tagline is 'It's a Southern Thang!' What has been a very pleasant surprise is the acceptance we have seen in so many of America's larger cities and metro areas, both inside and outside the Southern states," said CEO Greg George in a 2025 press release.

George said the brand's desserts appeal to customers across the country. "We are discovering that regardless of where people live, almost everyone in America really loves to enjoy our warm peach cobbler with cold vanilla ice cream. It's a true American favorite. So, the long-term game plan for our brand is simple — we want to make sure that eventually there will be a Peach Cobbler Factory location nearby for everyone in America to enjoy."

Fruit cobblers are the main attraction. Banana pudding? They've got it. Cobbler shakes and other desserts round out the menu.

The Southern Pines location will be open seven days a week from noon to 10 p.m. Customers can follow the store's Facebook page for updates.
