WHAT YOU WIN:
Up to ninety-nine (99) Qualifying Prizes will be awarded. Each Qualifying Prize consists of a Station prize pack including Station merchandise. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Qualifying Prize is $25. The winner(s) will be solely responsible for all taxes and all other fees and expenses not specified herein associated with the receipt and use of the prize(s). The prize(s) is awarded as is.
Up to one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize is one (1) 2006 Suzuki GSXR 600 K6 Motorcycle (“Bike”). The Bike has been stretched, also has Yoshimura Exhaust, Fender Eliminatir, Integrated Tail Light, Batter Tender Connector and Aftermarket Levers by Flip My Cycle (“Prize Provider”). ARV of the Grand Prize is $7,000. Grand Prize includes a 30-day limited warranty and a one (1) year warranty on the battery. Grand Prize is awarded “as is”. Winner will be required pay $810.94 in taxes, title, tag and registration prior to claiming the Grand Prize.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter Contest, entrants must first listen to the Station and/or visit www.foxy99.com in order to find out the date, time, and location of the weekly designated Contest Station appearance. There will be one (1) Station appearance on the following days: June 14, 2019, June 21, 2019, June 28, 2019, July 5, 2019, July 12, 2019, July 19, 2019, July 26, 2019, August 2, 2019, August 9, 2019, August 16, 2019, August 23, 2019 and August 27, 2019. Once announced and/or posted, entrants must visit the Station appearance to retrieve the weekly keyword (“Keyword”). Once an entrant acquires the Keyword, entrant may enter online as follows:
Visit foxy99.com and follow the links and instructions to enter the Contest and complete and submit the online entry form including the Keyword. Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Station’s Privacy Policy. Limit one (1) entry per eligible person per Keyword regardless if entrant has more than one email address. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Entries submitted may not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by the Contest administrator.
The deadline to enter each Keyword is 11:59pm Eastern Time (“ET”) on the Sunday following each Station appearance. Any entries received after 11:59pm Eastern Time (“ET”) the Sunday following each Station appearance or entries with the incorrect Keyword will be disqualified. Note: For the event on August 27, 2019, all entries must be received by 11:59pm ET on August 28, 2019.
