GloRilla links up with Cardi B for their new single “Tomorrow 2.”

The rising rapper enlisted Cardi for the sequel to her previous hit “Tomorrow.” In addition to the new single, the rappers also released a visual where you see both artists having fun in the streets of New York and later at a house party. The music video has already amassed over one million views on YouTube since its release at midnight.

Both rappers promoted the new single on their social media accounts this week. Cardi posted the cover art with the caption, “Tomorrow 2 ft Me” on Wednesday (Sept. 21).

When the song dropped she followed up with her favorite stills from the music video on Twitter:

GloRilla posted the cover art as well with the caption, “BUT DATS WHY I LUV TOMORROW it’s official me & my girl @iamcardib Linked up for TOMORROW 2 DROPPING FRIDAY 9/23 @ MIDNIGHT.let’s gooooooo.” The Memphis-bred rapper posted a snippet of the music video to Instagram.

The song is already a hit in Cardi’s household. On Tuesday (Sept. 20), the rapper shared a video of Offset dancing around to the unreleased track. Later, GloRilla posted a video of Cardi B rapping along to the lyrics. “When you having a bad day remember: EVERYDAY THE SUN WONT SHINE, BUT THAT’S WHY I LOVE TOMORROW,” she captioned the post.

GloRilla released “Tomorrow” in July after her viral TikTok hit “F.N.F. (Let’s Go)” with Hitkidd earlier this year. “F.N.F. (Let’s Go)” later got a remix with added verses from Latto and JT from the City Girls. The song is nominated for “Song of the Year” at the 2022 BET Hip Hop Awards.

The last song Cardi released was “Hot S—” featuring Kanye West and Lil Durk back in July. The “WAP” rapper previously mentioned that the Tay Keith-produced song is less sexualized than her previously released tracks. “It’s something that I feel like y’all haven’t heard from me before,” she said. “I feel like people is expecting a lot of sluttiness and blah blah blah. Y’all keep talking I keep making TikTok records and this is definitely not that. It’s a fun great record. It’s masculine [and] it’s great for the clubs. It’s great for the bitches.”
