But what is this soft, fluffy, keto, and gluten-free floof? And what can you do to get it in your life? We’ve got you covered.
First of all, what is it? Well, cloud bread is really just a meringue with a good PR team. It doesn’t take much to make it: just egg whites, sugar and corn starch. Others are adding food coloring for fun pretty, floof. And still others are adding some flavorings to make it not taste like … well, floof.
And it’s not exactly difficult to make this stuff, here’s the simple recipe:
- Preheat your oven to like 300 degrees. You don’t wanna collapse this with too much heat.
- Whip up like three egg whites. Important that you do NOT allow any yoke into the mix here, or you’ll be trying to floof forever.
- Add some food coloring or flavoring if you’re into that sorta thing.
- Bake it for like 25 minutes on some parchment paper.
