There was a lot of speculation surrounding the split of the Migos trio leading up to Takeoff’s untimely death. It seems to boil down to loyalty for the duo and they kept their answers to questions regarding any messiness solid. When Nore praised Takeoff for his performance on Only Built for Infinity Links. Takeoff thanked Nore for his praise and went on to say:
“It’s time to give me my flowers. I don’t want them later on when I ain’t here.”
I enjoyed hearing from Takeoff more than any other interview I’ve ever seen him do. Even the Breakfast Club Interview where here answered all of the questions with adlibs, but that comes in second place.
