Nipsey Hussle’s Daughter’s Mother Issued Arrest Warrant Amid Custody Battle
The mother of Nipsey Hussle’s daughter, Emani Asghedom, is currently in trouble with the law.
An arrest warrant has reportedly been issued for Tanisha Foster, reports TMZ.
Foster apparently, skipped out on a court appearance for a DUI case that she had.
A couple of years ago, Foster caught a DUI in Los Angeles and pled no contest to one of the charges, resulting in her being sentenced to three years probation.
Foster’s court case was scheduled for Wednesday, May 15, 2019. Due to her not showing up in court, her probation was revoked and the bench warrant was issued.
Apparently, Foster is no stranger to run ins with the law. In 2007, she was arrested for vandalism and disturbing the peace, and in 2006 she was arrested for disturbing the peace and resisting arrest.
Foster’s arrest warrant comes amid the mother’s custody battle with Nipsey Hussle’s sister, Samantha Smith.
Smith, alongside Nipsey Hussle’s brother, Blacc Sam claims that Foster isn’t a stable parent. They all appeared in court last Tuesday (May 14) and Foster broke down in tears while stating that it had been months since she was able to spend time with her daughter, Emani.
A judge has yet to rule on the custody of Nipsey Hussle and Foster’s daughter.
