Brooklyn rapper Fabolous has entered a plea deal in his domestic violence case involving his longtime girlfriend and the mother of his children, Emily B.

The "Throw It In The Bag" rapper will enter a pretrial intervention program that's generally for first-time offenders, according to TMZ.

According to Fabolous' lawyer, Brian Neary, Fabolous' charges will be dismissed as long as he completes the program and "keeps his nose clean" for a year.

The rapper must also give the Bergen County, New Jersey Court a monthly status update.

In October 2018, Fabolous was indicted by a grand jury on one count of domestic violence with significant bodily injury, two counts of threatening to kill, and one count of possession of a weapon, which stemmed from a physical altercation that was captured on video between Fabolous, Emily B, and Emily's father.
