In the last popular days of the rap group Digital Underground, A voice was born! That voice would go on to become one the biggest Hip-Hop artist of all time.
The legendary Tupac Shakur has been gone since 1996, but no matter how long he hasn’t been with us, he’s still worth remembering on what would have been his 51st birthday.
There are so many great Tupac tracks that could easily be on a top list, so narrowing this down to my favorite five wasn’t easy. Tupac Shaker was literally the answer for most of America Urban voices at that time, especially Lyrically.
I had to leave off songs like “Changes” and “Keep Ya Head Up.” And great classics like “All Eyez on Me” and “Me Against the World” proved to the world that Shaker’s voice through music will never by silenced!!
