As you have probably heard by now, New York rapper 6ix9ine has been hit with racketeering charges which carry and mandatory minimum of 25 years in prison.
But……that doesn’t necessarily mean he will definitely spend 25 years in prison.
I would try to explain it all to you myself but I’m not law major nor do I know much about how the law works.
In my opinion, the law can get quite crazy and out of hand when plea deals and snitching come into play, so I’ll let Complex explain it to you.
Another report said that 6ix9ine’s lawyers believe that all of the federal charges against him will be dropped so, at this point, no one knows what is going on.
I guess we will see in due time.
