6ix9ine To Be Re-Sentenced
Rapper 6ix9ine to be re-sentenced for his child sex crime charge.
When 69 first came into the rap scene, he was soon after charged for posting a video of a 13-year-old girl engaging in acts of sexual behavior and was sentenced to four year
s probation and 1,000 hours community service. Since it has been ruled that he can’t be on probation while in jail awaiting trial for a different charge, it was agreed that his child sex charge would be changed to time served while awaiting trial.
If you haven’t heard, 6ix9ine is now incarcerated awaiting trial for racketeering and gun charges that could put him away for life.
The rapper has pleaded not guilty to the charges and will be tried September 4, 2019.
He just released his first album, DUMMY BOY, while locked up.
