Kelly Rowland recently took to Instagram to pay homage to the singer who was previously Destiny's Child's vocal coach.
"Rest In Peace to the woman who gave us Ultimate soul, and meant EVERY WORD when she sang," Rowland wrote in the caption of a photo that the singer shared of herself, Betty Wright, and Beyonce.
"@therealbettywright !! My condolences to her family! I am praying for you all during this time!"
As we previously reported, rapper Trina also recently paid homage to Betty Wright. Last year, Trina’s mother passed away, and on Tuesday (May 12), Trina took to Twitter to share a private video of Betty Wright singing at the funeral, last year.
