Metro Boomin Says He Was Hacked Following ‘Corny Tweets’
Metro Boomin says he was hacked and is calling cap on the “corny tweets” sent from his account over the weekend amid beef erupting between his We Don’t Trust You collaborator Future and Drake.
“Jus [sic] got my phone # and accounts back today somebody hacked me the day the album dropped smh,” he jus got my phone # and accounts back today somebody hacked me the day the album dropped smh
and all those corny ass tweets
all my day 1s know that’s nowhere in my character

Some of the tweets posted from his account seemed a bit odd, including one where he posted numerous phone numbers that have been calling him. Fans suspected it had something to do with Drake, given the diss on the title track and the phone numbers having a Canadian area code.
“It all started 2 days before the album dropped and all these 416 numbers would call me back 2 back a million times. It got so bad I had to keep my phone on airplane mode,” one post said, and included a It all started 2 days before the album dropped and all these 416 numbers would call me back 2 back a million times. Another tweet made him seem a little salty about other rappers not reposting We Don’t Trust You. Fans suggested that other rappers didn’t want to get in the middle of the diss tracks on the album.
“I see a lot of n—– been scared to post the album too [crying face emojis] #IForgiveButIDontForget #WEDONTTRUSTYOU [no pedestrians emojis],” he claims he No
In particular, fans thought he was talking about 21 Savage, whom he has worked with multiple times over the years, including three joint albums: Savage Mode (2016), Without Warning (2017), and Savage Mode II (2020).
“What I look like subbing savage and we were on the phone for an hour 2 days ago,” he what I look like subbing savage and we were on the phone for an hour 2 days ago
y’all shoulda known something was up then but negativity and bad news travels faster and further than anything else
He clarified that he did tweet: “once you pick a side stay there.. #WEDONTTRUSTYOU”
I definitely tweeted this tho if you wondering lmaooo https://t.co/hSnrXqCJL1

Kendrick Lamar and Future Take Shots At Drake On We Don’t Trust You
“Yeah, get up with me, f— sneak dissing/’First Person Shooter,’ I hope they came with three switches,” Kendrick Lamar raps on “Like That,” referencing Drake and J. Cole’s “First Person Shooter.”
He adds, leaving no room for confusion: “Think I won’t drop the location? I still got PTSD/Motherfuck the Big 3, n—-, it’s just big me.”
“N—-a, bum, what? I’m really like that/And your best work is a light pack/N—-, Prince outlived Mike Jack’/N—-, bum, ‘fore all your dogs gettin’ buried/That’s a K with all these nines, he gon’ see Pet Sematary n—-, bum,” he raps.
Future also didn’t hold back on the title track of the album.
“Fake written all over you/Hate written all over you/You a n—- number one fan, dog/Sneak dissin’, I don’t understand, dog/Pillow talkin’, actin’ like a fed, dog/I don’t need another fake friend, dog/Can’t be ’bout a h-, ’cause we sharin’, dog/In you feelings, n—-, why you playin’, dog?” Future raps in the second verse.
However, Metro Boomin responded to the online discourse claiming that Drake and Future are not beefing. Future has not responded to those claims.
