Queen Latifah Teases ‘Living Single’ Reboot
Queen Latifah wants to bring back Living Single.
During a new interview with Build Series that was published yesterday (Apr. 25), the actor and producer stated that she wants to see it happen, and so does the rest of the cast.
“We still are working on bringing it back,” Latifah said.
“Just trying to see who wants to get into it and how we can re-work it to make it work for right now and where it will live. We are definitely still working on that amongst the other 800,000 other things we got going on, but Living Single is a passion project for us. We all still love each other. We all still talk to each other.”
The multihyphenate also revealed that there’s a Living Single group text and that she and the other cast members sporadically send each other hilarious jokes.
Living Single aired for five seasons on Fox network from 1993 to 1998, starring Latifah, Kim Coles, Erika Alexander, T.C. Carson, John Henton, and Kim Fields.
