At 4pm, they break ground on the County’s new Homeless Support Center at 344 Hawley Rd., beside the FTCC Education Center (former Pauline Jones Elementary School.  When complete and open, the facility will be 24/7/365 resource center for the homeless in Fayetteville and Cumberland County.
