Rob Kardashian claims Blac Chyna assaulted him after becoming enraged back in 2016.
According to Us Weekly, Kardashian is suing Chyna over the alleged incident. Court documents allege an altercation arose between the former couple that led to Chyna trying to strangle Kardashian with a phone charger. The documents also say Chyna punched Kardashian in the face and damaged the home he was renting.
Kardashian estimates Chyna caused nearly $100k in damages to the home, while also causing an injury to his neck.
The lawsuit comes after the two settled their custody dispute over their 10-month-old daughter, Dream.
Lawyers on both sides have yet to release a statement regarding the recent court filing.
