I recently came across a snippet of this J. Cole interview with Bob Myers on Lead By Example on Instagram. I knew I had to find it in its entirety, and I’m glad I did.

He sits down with Warriors general manager Bob Myers for his “Lead By Example” podcast. Myers and Fayetteville Legend, Cole have a dynamic and revealing interview in just under an hour. It was motivational, as well as inspirational, and takes us into the humanity of one the greatest Hip Hop Artists of our time. The enlightenment shared here is a fine replacement for your usual Daily Dose of Doll, although longer still very much worth your time!
