J. Cole Honors Nipsey Hussle During Dreamville Fest
Many are continuing to honor slain Los Angeles rapper Nipsey Hussle.
Over the weekend, at Dreamville fest J. Cole honored the Victory Lap rapper while performing his song “Love Yourz,” which comes from his 2014 album Forest Hills Drive.
During the performance, J. Cole had a montage of videos of Nipsey Hussle playing on a huge screen behind him while he performed. Concert goers held up their phones during the performance in honor of Nipsey Hussle.
The LA rapper was fatally shot six times in the head and torso on Mar. 31 outside of his apparel store Marathon Clothing in South Los Angeles. A memorial service will be held for Nipsey Hussle this Thursday (Apr. 11) in Los Angeles at the Staples Center.
