As TMZ explains, the WWE star and former UFC fighter was shooting a scene when the injury happened. "Ronda - who plays and L.A. Fire Dept. badass on the show - was shooting a scene in Mexico last week in which she was supposed to slam a door during a dramatic action moment."
A source adds, "She was a little exuberant and slammed the door on her finger."
Being the professional that Rousey is, she still kept filming and never broke character.
Her middle finger ended up being broken with a torn tendon. It was repaired with a bolt and screw. The tip of her ring finger was also fractured.
Rousey went back to filming the next day.
