LISTEN: Jidenna Drops Sophomore Album ’85 To Africa’
The “Classic Man” Jidenna has returned with his sophomore album, 85 To Africa, where he taps into his Nigerian roots.

On Friday (Aug. 23), the artist took to Instagram to announce the release of the album. “My sophomore album #85toAfrica out now on all platforms!” Jidenna wrote as the caption to the cover of his album, which features the artist standing in blue printed pants lighting a smoke while a woman rides a scooter behind him alongside a bus that reads, “Black Star,” and a highway 85 sign within the shape of the continent of Africa.
The album features Afrobeats production and GoldLink, Seun Kuti, Mr. Eazy, St. Beauty and Mereba all make guest appearances on the album (the follow-up his 2017 debut album, The Chief).
