Britney Spears Says Her Fans Call Her Queen B and Beyonce’s Beyhive Goes Nuts
According to Britney Spears, her fans have been calling her Queen B. However, Beyonce fans have taken issue with this.
On Wednesday (June 24), Spears took to Instagram to share a drawing of a large golden bumblebee with a gold crown above it.
“To all my fans who call me Queen B …. I believe this would be more accurate,” Spears wrote in the caption of her post along with a wink face emoji and four bumblebee emojis.
It didn’t take long for Beyonce’s Beyhive to swarm online in protest. “Beyoncé’s 150million followers are laughing rn,” one fan commented underneath Spears’ post.
“I love you girl but there’s only one Queen B Still love you though,” another fan wrote, while another fan commented, “Beyoncé is the only Queen B we acknowledge.”
More members of Beyonce’s Beyhive continued to leave comments along with a myriad of bumblebee emojis.
