Drake and 21 Savage Drop Joint Album ‘Her Loss’

After a week of fake interviews and a release delay, Her Loss by Drake and 21 Savage has finally arrived. The 16-track project has only one guest feature as Travis Scott lent his vocals on “P—-y & Millions,” the tenth track on the LP.

The album’s first single is “3 AM On Glenwood” where 21 independently slides on 40’s produced track where he speaks about PTSD, fatherhood, and more.

The duo originally had Her Loss scheduled for last Friday (Oct. 28) but it was delayed after Drizzy’s longtime producer Noah “40” Shehib contracted COVID-19.

“Our brother @OVO40 got COVID while mixing and mastering the crack so he’s resting up and NOVEMBER 4th is HER LOSS day we’ll see you soon,” Drake wrote, per XXL.

The news of Her Loss came via a music video for Drizzy and 21’s most recent collab, “Jimmy Cooks” off of the Toronto rapper’s Honestly, Nevermind album which was released in June. The music video displayed the message “HER LOSS – ALBUM BY DRAKE AND 21 SAVAGE – OCTOBER 28, 2022” across it at the midpoint.

Over the past week, Drake and 21 shared a series of comedic fake interview clips poking fun at the “traditional album rollout.” One faux segment was 21’s Vogue “What’s In My Bag” segment.

In addition to the faux Vogue segment, the pair also posed for a fake Vogue cover.

Drake and 21 have collaborated several times over the years. Prior to “Jimmy Cooks,” they worked on “Knife Talk” off Drake’s album Certified Lover Boy and “Mr. Right Now” off 21 and Metro Boomin’s album Savage Mode II. They’ve also previously dropped singles “Sneakin'” and “Issa” together.

Ahead of the LP’s release, the pair also dropped the cover art and tracklist to Her Loss Thursday (Nov. 3). Take a look at the tracklist below:
