It's Halloween, and there is absolutely nothing more precious than babies in costumes!

Our friends over at the Cape Fear Valley Health gave us permission to share these amazing photos today, of the current babies in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) all decked out for Halloween.

And yes, all of the parents granted permission as well.
